MUFFINS

The ingredients are :

Egg
Sugar
Butter
Flour & Baking Powder mixed
Blueberry

STEP ONE : Take the sugar & butter. Mix them together until it is fluffy !

Like this :

STEP TWO : Beat the egg, then pour it in the sugar & butter mixture ! Mix them well until it becomes watery.

Like this :

STEP 3 : Take the flour & baking powder and put in the mixture well, until it become a dough.

Like this :

STEP 4 : Add in the blueberry, and fold it in.

Like this :

STEP 5 : Take a baking tray and put in paper cups

STEP 4 : Pour in the dough properly, it must not reach the brim as it will cause the paper to break.

STEP 5 : Put in oven at 180 degrees ! Wait for 10 mins.

My final project was the Chocolate Cookies. my overall was ok. As my cookies was not too burnt and during the process of baking and preparing the ingredients it was going quite smoothly. While mixing the ingredients together using the electric mixer, some of the mixture came out but in the end i clean up the mess. :D
during the baking i have to observe the cookies if it was over baked as i want my cookie texture to be just right and not burnt or too sort.

In the process of cooking, i have learned to be more partience and to listen to instrustions and do not do things that we are not asked to.

Hello people! home econs today was the final work. after trying so many times now its the time for Mrs Ang to mark. hope can pass now pictures fer today's test is below. please enjoy :D

Finally, my final work. it looks nice :D

the plate i'm using. i decorated it with strawberrys, and chocolate chips, this make it looks more attractive.

put it in the oven to bake for 15 mintues. until texture is right. ( use a stick and poke the cookies see if it is of the correct texture )

place it nicely on baking tray. cookies should be 3 inchs apart.

use a table spoon and scoup one spoon and put it on a baking tray.

and done.

almost done.

in the progress if mixing.

starting mixing the mixture until even and make sure its the right texture.

added cocoa power. then mix again.

added flour, baking power,eggs into mixing bowl.

it must be mix evenly.

using the electric mixer to mix the butter and sugars.

the ingredients.

mix the butter, brown and white sugar together.

now measuring the brown and white sugar and put it into a mixing bowl.

it was hard to cut okay!

to start to off, went to collect ingredients. was cutting the butter.
